* an enlightening alternative to gossipy, main-stream talk shows
What is "THE WOO CREW?"
* a refreshing break between your local and national news
* a half-hour where you can stop "doing" and start "being"
* a time to relax, breath and find the Woo in You!
We chose the name "The Woo Crew" because we explore ideas that might be outside the comfortable parameters you live within right now (those things that some refer to as "kind of woo-woo"), or, our topics might be old-hat to you. Either way, we have fun together sharing the many positive, unique and inspirational ways to enhance your body, mind and spirit.
What is "Woo?" We've coined the word "Woo" to describe that part of you that knows there is a connection to something more than meets the eye. Perhaps it's a feeling of intuition, inner knowing, a sense of presence of the divine, or a deep connection with nature. Woo is that part of you that asks questions like, why am I here, do I have a purpose, what happens after I die, what's it all about...?!
Our purpose?
It is our sincere desire to share the people, ideas and experiences that will help you live the happiest, healthiest, most fulfilled and joy-filled life possible - here and now!
